Will I ever be billed a monthly recurring subscription?
No. PhoneSocials operates strictly on a one-time credit pass model. You pay once for the package you select ($9.99 for 2 searches or $19.99 for 5 searches). There are zero automatic renewals, recurring charges, or ongoing membership fees.
Do my search credits expire?
Search credits remain active for 30 days from the date of purchase. You can use your credits immediately or return later to run searches as needed using your Access Token.
What happens if a phone lookup returns zero social profiles?
A search query executes deep OSINT scans across all supported networks. If an individual has strict privacy toggles enabled, social profiles may not appear. However, your report will still reveal confirmed telecom carrier details, country of issuance, line type (mobile vs. virtual VoIP), and burner risk markers.
How do I access my credits from a different device?
You can access your credits on any device by entering your Access Token (e.g., PSL-XXXXXXXX) on the homepage or results screen. Your credit balance and recent investigation history will synchronize immediately.
Can I re-view a previously unlocked report without spending another credit?
Yes. Once a phone number investigation is unlocked under your Access Token, you can revisit that report as many times as you like during your token validity period without consuming any additional search credits.
