PhoneSocials.com provides digital phone number lookup reports.

Because reports are generated instantly using public signals, number intelligence, and third-party data sources, completed searches are generally non-refundable.

Digital Reports

When you purchase a report, PhoneSocials begins processing the phone number and generating results right away.

Once a search is completed or a report is delivered, the purchase is considered used.

We do not guarantee that every phone number will return social references, web mentions, scam signals, or high-confidence matches.

A report with limited results, no results, or low-confidence results does not automatically qualify for a refund.

When Refunds May Be Approved

We may approve a refund if:

  • you were charged twice by mistake
  • your payment was processed but no report was delivered
  • a technical error prevented access to your purchased report
  • you purchased the wrong item and did not use it
  • a refund is required by law

Refunds are reviewed case by case.

When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds are usually not available when:

  • the report was generated successfully
  • the search returned no matches
  • the results were limited
  • the results were low-confidence
  • the information was already publicly available
  • you changed your mind after viewing the report
  • you expected private, hidden, or restricted account data

PhoneSocials does not promise to reveal private accounts, hidden profiles, or guaranteed identities.

Credits or Replacement Searches

If a technical issue affects your report, we may offer a replacement search, account credit, or refund.

This depends on the issue and whether the report was successfully delivered.

Subscription or Credit Purchases

If PhoneSocials offers subscriptions or search credits, the terms shown at checkout will apply.

Unused credits may be non-refundable unless required by law.

Subscriptions must be canceled before the renewal date to avoid future charges.

How to Request a Refund

  • your email address
  • payment date
  • order ID, if available
  • the phone number searched
  • a short explanation of the issue

We may ask for more information to verify the purchase.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method.

Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the refund on your statement.
